Personal insight
Started early. Keep moving.
Why early responsibility and continuous development have shaped my path.
Starting early does not mean knowing everything
I began a dual degree programme directly after school at 17. The important part was not having a finished plan, but being willing to learn through action.
Bachelor, master and responsibility
I completed my bachelor’s degree at 21 and my master’s at 23, specialising in workplace health management as well as marketing and sales. At 23 I had already taken on a formal leadership role.
Learning continues after graduation
A one-year AI development programme from July 2025 to July 2026 added another practical field. Degrees create foundations; real development continues through responsibility, feedback and new challenges.
Keep moving does not mean always moving faster
Progress also means choosing priorities, reflecting and improving the way you work. Consistency matters more than permanent acceleration.
