About me

Fitness, leadership and digital ideas – driven by a desire to make everyday things work better.

My path combines leading people, a lifelong connection to fitness and the drive to turn useful ideas into real products. I value progress that improves everyday life, not progress that only looks good on paper.

Started early. Keep moving.

At 17, I started a work-study degree programme. I completed my bachelor’s degree at 21 and my master’s at 23, specialising in workplace health management as well as marketing and sales. By then, I had already taken on a formal leadership role.

From July 2025 to July 2026, a one-year professional development programme focused on AI added another practical perspective to this path.

Three perspectives, one common core

Leadership

Giving direction, creating reliable standards and helping people take responsibility.

Fitness

Energy, consistency and the daily work of improving rather than standing still.

Digital products

Turning recurring problems into clear tools. FlowTime, LeasingTracker and MH Podcasts are currently in free first closed test groups with 10 places in total per app.

More than a job title

I am also a proud dad. Family, work, learning and my own projects all shape how I think about time, responsibility and meaningful progress.
