About me

Fitness, leadership and digital ideas – connected by the desire to make things work better in practice.

My path combines working with people, an interest in fitness and the urge to turn useful ideas into real products. I value progress that can be felt in everyday life, not progress that only looks good on paper.

Started early. Keep moving.

I started a dual degree programme at 17, completed my bachelor’s degree at 21 and my master’s degree at 23, specialising in workplace health management as well as marketing and sales. At 23 I had already taken on a formal leadership role.

From July 2025 to July 2026, a one-year AI development programme added another practical perspective to this path.

Three perspectives, one common core

Leadership

Giving direction, creating reliable standards and helping people take responsibility.

Fitness

Energy, consistency and the daily work of improving rather than standing still.

Digital products

Turning recurring problems into clear tools and testing them through real use.

More than a job title

I am also a proud dad. Family, work, learning and my own projects all shape how I think about time, responsibility and meaningful progress.
