Forgotten start
You are already working before noticing the timer never started.
FlowTime tracks working time automatically by location – without starting, stopping or reconstructing the day afterwards.

Why FlowTime
Starting and stopping sounds easy, until the workday changes or your attention is already elsewhere.
You are already working before noticing the timer never started.
Reconstructing the day afterwards becomes imprecise.
Several workplaces make manual tracking more fragile.
How it works
FlowTime combines workplaces, location detection, plausibility and manual control in one background flow.

Choose the places where working time should be recognised.
The app considers the situation instead of reacting blindly.
Start and stop happen in the background.
Review, edit and export every entry.
Control stays with you
Automatic and manual entries stay visible together and can be checked or adjusted.

Understand the week
Weekly totals and the daily pattern remain visible in one calm view.

Status without a detour
The home-screen widget shows active status and working time without opening the app first.

Transparent by design
FlowTime uses workplaces for automatic tracking – not for advertising or analytics. Working times and settings remain local unless you export them.
Working times, places and settings remain on your device.
Location is used for time tracking, not advertising.
Review, correct or add entries at any time.
Who it is for
FlowTime is most helpful when times, places or routines vary.
For employees, managers, trainers, mobile teams and self-employed people with several workplaces.
If every day is identical or an employer system already covers it, that may be enough.

Why I build FlowTime
The problem is not that time tracking exists. It is that starting, stopping and correcting repeatedly demands attention. FlowTime is built to reduce that interruption.
