Why FlowTime

Time tracking rarely fails because of the tool. It fails in everyday life.

Starting and stopping sounds easy, until the workday changes or your attention is already elsewhere.

01

Forgotten start

You are already working before noticing the timer never started.

02

Estimated later

Reconstructing the day afterwards becomes imprecise.

03

Changing places

Several workplaces make manual tracking more fragile.

How it works

A calm flow – from the workplace to the overview.

FlowTime combines workplaces, location detection, plausibility and manual control in one background flow.

  1. 01

    Define workplaces

Choose the places where working time should be recognised.

  2. 02

    Recognise a stable stay

The app considers the situation instead of reacting blindly.

  3. 03

    Track time automatically

Start and stop happen in the background.

  4. 04

    Keep control

Review, edit and export every entry.

Control stays with you

Automation you can correct at any time.

Automatic and manual entries stay visible together and can be checked or adjusted.

Entries remain understandable and editable.

Understand the week

Actual, target and difference without recalculating.

Weekly totals and the daily pattern remain visible in one calm view.

Status without a detour

The most important status stays visible.

The home-screen widget shows active status and working time without opening the app first.

Transparent by design

Track automatically. Keep it local.

FlowTime uses workplaces for automatic tracking – not for advertising or analytics. Working times and settings remain local unless you export them.

No automatic server transfer

Working times, places and settings remain on your device.

Location with a purpose

Location is used for time tracking, not advertising.

You stay in control

Review, correct or add entries at any time.

Who it is for

Useful when the working day does not always look the same.

FlowTime is most helpful when times, places or routines vary.

A strong fit

When your day is flexible.

For employees, managers, trainers, mobile teams and self-employed people with several workplaces.

Probably less useful

When everything is already fixed.

If every day is identical or an employer system already covers it, that may be enough.

Why I build FlowTime

Built from a real problem, not a feature list.

The problem is not that time tracking exists. It is that starting, stopping and correcting repeatedly demands attention. FlowTime is built to reduce that interruption.
